Upon his arrival in Lasanod, His excellency, Garaad Abdillahi G. Saleban spoke to tens of thousands of natives of _ Lasanod, capital city of SSC Khaatumo. ” I have come here to let you know that we are here to support the wishes of young ssc folks; your Freedom of speech, your right to life, liberty and good governance are also important to us, I will continue the legacy of my father, Garaad Saleban, who died while upholding similar principles” said G. From Freedom square in the blue city of Lasanod, The Graad raised up his hand as he expressed his thanks to all those who came out to receive him. thousand of Unionist in North East Somalia, lined up the streets early this morning. Over the coming few days, along with the 33 member Council on the Sovereignty of SSC regions, the Garaad is expected to join 13 other Khatumo Supreme Traditional Council members who are expected to convene the much anticipated Consultative conference to be held in Lasanod.
